March's Pet Spotlight....SADIE Needs a HOME
Sadie is an 8 year old Terrier and Pit Bull mix that we at the Yavapai Humane Society affectionately call "Pork Chop". She was picked up by animal control as a stray and was obvious she had been through some hard times.
When she arrived in October of 2007 she was pretty spunky and really hated to mess her kennel. Unfortunately, she seems to have lost some of her spark over the last 3 months. Sadie really needs an environment that can re-light her sparkle.
Sadie is a loving dog with a sweet smile. Too bad she doesn't fit on most laps, but that doesn't stop her from trying. She also enjoys going on walks, but they must be short walks as she does have arthritis and requires daily medication. Don't let that fool you as she is full of enthusiasm and pure happiness.
She does not do well sharing her attention with other pets, so would need to be the only one. She is housebroken and well behaved. Sadie will surely make a loyal and loving companion.support the Yavapai County Humane Society...
